- With nearly 17 years of experience in sales, marketing and marketing research, Mike established KMR in 2003.
- Prior to launching KMR, Mike specialized in pharmaceutical and health care marketing research as an Associate Director with Research By Design, and as an Account Manager for NFO Migliara/Kaplan.
- Earlier in his career, Mike was a Senior Researcher at Capital One, and was instrumental in developing the marketing research function. He was also the Director of Marketing & Communications Research at Shell Oil Company. Both of these positions exposed Mike heavily to consumer research, where he managed annual budgets in excess of $5mm.
- Mike graduated Magna cum Laude from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a BS/BA in marketing and a minor in Spanish. He earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
